Student Academic and Enrollment Records
The Registrar's Office, located on the first floor of the Student Life Center on the Macon Campus, is in charge of keeping records for all students who have been admitted to the college. The office staff is committed to providing students, faculty and the staff with efficient and customer-oriented administrative support for registration, the maintenance of student records and academic history, degree audit and completion, graduation, residency appeals, transfer evaluations (new, current and former students), academic renewal approval, and other related tasks. Students are welcome to contact the appropriate staff person in the Registrar's Office with any questions they may have.

Transfer Student Evaluations: Students and Faculty interested in finding information concerning transfer equivalencies to Macon State College courses from other institutions may find information by clicking on the link below. Users should know that the articulation catalogs may be limited depending on the institution concerned and are subject to change. Transfer courses identified with a "9" prefix (9XXX) are so designated since the course does not specifically transfer to a Macon State course. A "U" suffix for a "9" prefix course indicate an Upper Division course.
