The Macon State College Business Office operates locations in the Administration Building (on the first floor) and in the Student Life Center (connected to the Registrar's Office) on the Macon Campus. For Warner Robins Campus information click here.

Cashiers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays during Fall and Spring terms (there are no Friday hours during the Summer term). Extended hours are available during peak registration periods.

A Higher One ATM machine is located on the first floor of the Student Life Center by the elevator.

Visit or call the Business Office for information regarding payroll, third party contracts, scholarships, procurement, accounts payable and student account balances. Tuition and other payments are also accepted.
